My Background
With an undergraduate degree in Medicine from the University Complutense of Madrid, Dr. Raul Bellinga obtained the title of specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery via the exclusive MIR system after 5 years of residency at the University Hospital Ramón y Cajal of Madrid.
In 2009 Dr. Raul Bellinga also qualified as a Specialist in Aesthetic and Cosmetic Medicine with honors at the Complutense University of Madrid and in 2010 obtained the Diploma of Advanced Studies with the highest score in the Department of Surgery of the University of Alcalá de Henares.
Dr. Raul Bellinga then focused his specialization in Rhinoplasty in Dallas (USA) and Mexico City and Facial Cosmetic Surgery, completing a fellowship at the Universitair Ziekenhuis Brussel in Belgium.
Since 2013, Dr. Bellinga has centered his specialization on Facial Feminization Surgery, completing more than 1,100 FFS procedures together with Dr. Capitán and Dr. Simon, developing new and pioneering techniques in this surgical field. His expertise are Feminization Rhinoplasty, Ultrasonic-assisted Rhinoplasty and Lip-lift.
Dr. Bellinga is author and co-author of important medical publications in the field of Facial Feminization Surgery.
