Create, host, and teach your own online courses through IAA
International Academy of Aesthetics is the first and only academy that offers Certified IAA Educator Program, a program that provides aspiring dental and medical lecturers with the ability to become Certified IAA Educators. Certified IAA Educators have the opportunity to develop their very own online training courses further enriching the IAA global learning community while earning income on course sales. Upon approval, you will be granted access to develop, create, host and teach your very own online training courses on our social learning management system. We provide the innovative tools for our educators to reach a global audience such as the ability to host online courses, host your very own webinar through our video conferencing tool and conduct a virtual conference with invited members. Virtually operate your own online training operation through our social learning management system. We offer a streamlined process to support you through the course creation process and direct you to a successful launch. Upon successful completion of your course, you will receive an official Certified Educator Certificate, educator title and a virtual badge in the platform then your program will be added to our website for fellow member registrations. Furthermore, you will be recognized in our member-wide monthly newsletter and compensated for each of your course sales.

Educator Program Eligibility and Requirements
Only professionals with 5 years or more aesthetics industry experience are eligible to apply for the Educator Program. An Educator Program application is required for new and existing members. See Membership for eligibility, requirements and fees. Our Certification Committee reviews all Educator Program applications. Approved applicants will be required to e-sign an Educator Agreement prior to course launch.
Educator Program Submission Guidelines
English is the official language of the webinar content however you may submit a webinar in another language. Webinar length should be 30 minutes or greater. You may submit your webinar in one of the following video formats: .mp4, .mov, .wmv, .avi, or .flv
Educator Image Guidelines
Applicants must submit a professionally photographed vertical portrait on a solid or uncluttered background in full color. Images must be sized at 1200 px or greater on any given side and have a resolution of 300 dpi or greater. Image must be in one of the following formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, or .tiff. Maximum upload size is 12 MB. Here are a few examples of properly formatted photos:

Steps For Applying
1) Apply
The first step is to apply for the New Educator Program. Provide your professional background and qualifications as well as the proposed topic that you would like to cover in your recorded webinar. We will receive your application and begin the review process. The IAA board reviews and evaluates all applications then approves successful applicants. Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email with your login credentials
2) Provide a Webinar
The second step is for our Content Production Director to schedule a call with you to personally introduce you to our online platform and walk you through the next steps. Using our state-of-the art online recording tool makes recording webinars a painless process for users of any technical background. You will be recording your first online webinar within minutes! We provide you with support and guidance every step along the way
3) Become a Certified Educator
The third steps is to apply to become a Certified IAA Educator and begin earning revenue on your course sales. Our Certification Committee reviews, evaluates and measures your webinar survey data against qualifying metrics. If approved, you will be promoted to a Certified Educator and your courses will be promoted within our community, marketed to our members, and ultimately sold on our platform. Our educators enjoy teaching online courses and sharing valuable knowledge with our community while earning a continual stream of income
